Comparing CRM Systems

The Top 10 CRM Systems Compared: My Personal Testing Odyssey

Hello, I'm Mario Körbler, product developer at 1Tool, an all-in-one solution for businesses. Since 1995, I've spent at least 10 hours every day at the computer, understanding, optimizing, and developing software further. I'm especially proud of our CRM system "1Tool," which is optimized not only for small customers such as tradespeople, winemakers, and associations, but is also used by large companies like Post AG, Ricola, Mondi, and Novartis.

Why am I writing this top-10 list? Quite simply: I clicked my way through many CRM systems to understand their strengths and weaknesses. That's how this CRM comparison came about. And because usability and flexibility matter especially to me, I'm sharing my personal impressions and tips here. Enjoy the read!

1. 1Tool – The Swiss Army Knife of CRMs

Why I love it: Of course I'm biased, but only for good reason: 1Tool isn't just a CRM, it's a complete solution. It combines CRM, ERP, project management, marketing, and automation in one tool, without sacrificing usability. It's the answer to many of the questions small tradespeople, large enterprises, and everything in between have.

What makes it special:

Artificial intelligence: Our AI takes over routine tasks, analyzes sales opportunities, and delivers concrete recommendations for action.

Easy to use: No IT knowledge required. Even my aunt understands the system, and she used to be afraid of email.

Flexibility: Whether you have a customer base of 50 or 50,000 — 1Tool grows with you.

Who it's for: From small trade businesses to large corporations like Post AG — everyone appreciates the simplicity and power of 1Tool.

2. Salesforce – The Tech Giant
