Welcome to the Johann & Anna Vacation Apartments! Over the past two years, I've poured not just my heart but countless sleepless nights into developing this little oasis in the beautiful western Styria. Yes, I admit it, it was a real labor of love — but what won't you do to make a dream come true?
Inspired by the legendary love story of Archduke Johann and Anna Plochl, I set out to create something truly special with the Johann & Anna Vacation Apartments. After what felt like a hundred color samples, countless furnishing ideas, and the hunt for the perfect pieces of furniture — which, of course, weren't easy to track down — I'm now proud to present to you the fruits of my labor. A little crazy, maybe, but with plenty of heart, that much I can promise!

My five vacation apartments aren't just stylish places to stay — no, they're a genuine passion project into which I've poured everything. Here you'll find not only the most modern comfort but also that touch of history that makes the air in Styria so special. Everything was chosen with love and a dash of perfectionism — from the furniture down to the smallest details. But the best part: it's cozy, stylish, and maybe even a little crazy — exactly the way I wanted it!

Why Stainz? Because it's simply perfect! Let's be honest: where else can you find a region where picturesque hills, endless vineyards, and a rich history come together so harmoniously? Whether you're following in the footsteps of the past at Stainz Castle or letting yourself be charmed by Styrian wine culture — there's always something to discover here. And after an eventful day, you can unwind in our apartments and feel just like Archduke Johann and Anna (okay, minus the noble title, but you know what I mean).

The Johann & Anna Vacation Apartments are more than just a place to stay. They are the result of my vision, my patience (which, honestly, I nearly lost a few times), and a great deal of heart. Every detail, every corner of these apartments tells a bit of my own story — a story about my love for Styria and the wish to share that love with you.
