"Fight back – don't be a victim"
In light of recent events, we are launching a hands-on women's self-defense course in Leibnitz under the motto "Fight back – don't be a victim." This self-defense course is aimed specifically at women who never want to feel afraid again.
01. Course content
In the course, participants are confronted with harsh, realistic situations and, in response, learn to apply simple but highly effective self-defense techniques. Alongside this, they engage intensively with the right psychological and tactical behavior in dangerous situations.
02. Course objective
The aim of the course is to gain the ability to recognize dangerous situations early, set clear boundaries, and fend off any violent attack with effective defense techniques.
03. Course structure
The training is structured simply. No special physical prerequisites are required to take part. Comfortable sportswear is all you need to wear.
